I make homemade teriyaki sauce. I use filet meat and slice it super thin. I usually chop a carrot up and throw that in with the broccoli.
I brown my meat and set aside. Add a dash of safflower/olive or coconut oil to my wok and add my broccoli and carrots. I toss that around for a few minutes and add the meat back. I'll add my home made sauce and cover for a few minutes more. I pour it over rice & viola.
