Your 5 month old

At 5 months old, what size diaper was your baby in? Could your baby sit up unassisted?

yes she sat up unassisted, and she was in size 2 diapers.

Size 4. He coluld sit on floor but couldn't go from laying down to sitting until 8 months.

Size 3 diapers, and he can't get into the sitting position on his own, but will sit for long periods of time unassisted when you plunk him down.

Well my LO is only 4 and a half months, but unless she has a HUGE growth spurt, she will still be in size 2 diapers for another month or two. And she is working on sitting up right now, I would say by 5 and a half 6 months she will be sitting on her own. Sorry I can't give definite answers :/

Yes she was sitting unassisted and wearing a size 2. She is 10 months old and still in a size 2.

Size 4.
She sits up perfectly but you have to sit her up.

LO is 5 1/2 months and can always sit up on her own. She can for a minute if she hunches forward. In cloth diapers she is still on the smallest setting in a OS and the velcro overlaps on the wings, and in a disposable she is still in a size 1 with the tabs still touching. She's almost crawling, too.

He was in a size two and couldn't sit up un-assisted. He's six months now and still can't  

my DD was in size 2 diapers at that age and she was sitting,crawling, and pulling up on stuff.

DS was in size 3 or 4 depending on brand. And could mostly sit up unassisted but wasn't quite a pro yet.

DD was in size 3 diapers like a baws.   And she couldn't sit up unassisted for very long until she was closer to 7 months.

he sat unassisted at 4 months and he was in size 3 diapers at 5 months.

DS is 5 months now and in a size 3 diaper and yeah, he still has to be assisted.

DD is in size 4 diapers. I just switched her over to the 4's. She can sit up on her own, but she can't get into the sitting up poistion on her own.
