Eat good, clean foods. Cut out soda and junk. Exercise as much as you can. If you're busy, walk on lunch breaks (if you work), walk in place while watching TV, do some strength training or jumping jacks, stuff like that.

30 day shred or look up work out videos like Zumba stuff on youtube. you can do it at home during nap time or even try and dance with your baby lol. And eating right, watching calories will help with working out.

I counted my calories religiously with my fitness pal and drank Visalus Shakes for breakfast and lunch. Only snacked on fruits and veggies. Ate super low calorie dinners like chicken, bell peppers, etc.

Eat right, make sure you aren't going over the recommended daily values. You can do at home exercises like everyone else said. Google some "at home workout routines," or search youtube for some videos. I found this really awesome "commercial break workout" that I was doing before I started going to the gym. If it's not cold, pack LO into a stroller and go for a walk/jog.

I lost 20 pounds by juicing fruits and veggies, also eating pretty much all organic foods and limiting as much processed junk as possible. I juiced for 2 meals of the day and ate something with the juice either more fruit, some toast, oatmeal, or canola, snacked on nuts, fruit, or yogurt in between meals. Then had one good meal with some sort of baked meat, salad, and some form of veggies. It totally cleansed my system and I felt great. I was on it for like 2.5-3 months to lose the 20 pounds. I had gotten rid of all the junk food in the house so I wouldn't be tempted and since my body was getting all the nutrients it needed I hardly ever felt hungry. Drinking lots of water is important too. I would also eat at home before I went out so I could order what ever I wanted but eat much less of the unhealthy stuff and still felt full. Few tips I learned is dont eat until ur stuffed just remember hey I need to make room for a snack later, also sometimes your body thinks its hungry but it's actually thirty so drinking a cup of water then waiting 5 minutes helped me to figure out if I was actually hungry. I am planning to do the same diet once I have this baby and hopefully lose another 20 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight

I breasted my daughter for 13 months so that was basically my workout lol. There are great at home workouts u can do at home. I would do push ups and kiss my dd when I would go down. She thought the grunting sounds I made going up were funny. U can do squats while holding ur baby and lunges while they sit in a swing and high hair. I would do peek a boo while I did lunges. Haven't done this in a while now tho my daughter is just go go go now ha ha and doesn't stay put
