I'm assuming his mother told him he has a warrant, but like everything else, he thinks he's above the law.

He's just...A dick. He told me he'd never pay me a dime because I'm LO's mother and it should be my responsibility, he's never paid in a penny, he's skipped court dates and had the nerve to ask me to call the case worker for him (Before court, he told DH to tell me to call the Judge and have the Judge call him to move the court date), stupid smurf. He has it coming.

I've done this as well. I even waited around and watched him being walked away in handcuffs and put in the police car. Would have paid any amount of money to watch them lock him in a cell too... but I guess that's looked down on?

Wow....yea he does. My BD is a smurf too, I would laugh if that smurf happened to him, oh well he deserves it.

Ahh, sadly, I spoke to his mother last night and she said she spoke to him earlier that day, no arrest yet. I'm a wee bit dissapointed, but a friend of mine said that if he had his girlfriend's mother answer the door and say he wasn't there, they couldn't ask to look around for him and that's proooobably what they're doing because both his girlfriend and his mom are twats.
I filed back in May 2011, didn't get a judgement til June of this year. They only backdated it til April of this year for some reason. Honestly, I am 100% not expecting him to ever pay. He's going to keep going to jail, keep going to jail, and keep going to jail but he will never pay. But as long as he's being held responsible like I was when LO was born and had no one to help me, I'm fine. I just want to see him being held responsible for once in his life.
