3 year old with fever

DD has a fever since saturday. Her fever has been 103 at the highest. It seems like shes not getting any better. Ive been giving her childrens tylenol every 4 hours. Her temp will go down to 97 a little while after taking the medice and a couple hours later shoot right back up to over 101. Last night she was normal temp untill 12 o clock today, her temp was 102. is this normal? should i still give her medicine? what should i do?

I think you're supposed to check with the pedi if the fever lasts longer than 3 days, so I would at least call the office.
