it means "I love you but PEACE OUT"

Non CIO, child lead milestones (not forced ir coerced prior to readiness shown). Detachment is a slow and natural process that is a combination of shown readiness, small steps of detachment and acquired responsibilities/ privileges for the child. No jarring of sudden changes, slow and subtle.

And I googled it just now... Relating to aa it is not anything like I've described above lol
