so the last 2 nights..

i have been sleeping on my back for a little bit at night... i hated sleeping on my back before but now its one of the only ways im super comfy... but i stress about it cause everyone sayd no back sleeping... how can i get comfy other ways...?

I had to sleep on my sides with my legs pin straight stacked on each other to avoid constant Charlie horses.

You can sleep on your back, it's fine. If you're truly scared, prop a pillow or 2 under one side so you're on an angle, but honestly, sleep however is comfortable.

As long as you're comfortable you're ok. Once it changes your breathing and makes you uncomfortable is when you need to find a new position. I sleep on my stomach right now. When I get bigger I'll pull out the body pillow and sleep on my side.

i just stopped sleeping on my tummy and my side like sometimes its comfy sometimes its just not lol i have to have either SO or a bunch of pillows to be comfy at night hah

i still sleep on my back sometimes - the only issue it causes is a sore back/pelvis. i also wake up on my stomach sometimes - which amazes me because im HUGE.

Very painfully.   I hate my life ATM.

lol i bet goah im only 26 weeks and i cant wait i really would hate going over due!!
