I hate when he touches me

I'm 37 weeks along and since I was about 15 weeks, the thought of my SO or anybody else touching me makes me cringe. I can't stand the way he smells, I hate when he kisses me, I hate that he takes forever long to hug me and I dislike him laying on me when we watch tv together. I don't even sleep in the same bed with him and I feel so bad for it. He doesn't seem too bothered and understands for the most part but I feel horrible for it. Now that I'm nearing the end I just want my space from ALL human contact lol. What could I do in the meantime for intamacy though to lessen the tensions between SO and I?

Romantic dinner? Go for a walk. A date?

I feel the exact same way, my husband makes comments like "I remember when you used to like me" and he knows that I still love him but I feel smothered! I'm already fighting for oxygen since the baby in in my lungs and ribs lol. I feel so be when I tell him I just need space but I seriously cringe when he tries to come to my side of the bed :-/

I'm so afraid to admit this, but I feel much the same way. SO and I have been together almost 9 years and I love him dearly and I don't want to end the relationship or anything, but I feel so guilty that I feel this way. He notices it and is hurt by it, but I don't know what to do? Sometimes I do want to kiss/hug/snuggle, but most of the time I don't, but I just endure it because I don't want to hurt him. Sometimes I just feel like "why do you have to be all over me! Just leave me alone!!!" and I really hate myself for it. It's weird though because I really DO love him, I just don't want touchy/lovey/mushy right now... I can't wait for it to go away!

See, you know what I'm going through! Lol I just feel like a baby factory right now - big and all so it's like touching me just makes it worse. And I have been so cranky as the days are winding down and all SO wants to do is get busy and I'm just like "nooooooooooooo." I can't wait to want him again

I know what you mean. It becomes a task after a while trying to MAKE yourself be intimate and what not. I love my SO to pieces but this feeling just won't go away. Why can't pregnancy make us less hormonal??

I think it's pretty normal. Not sure why but I think it happens to alot of women. It will pass once you have the baby.

Yep. I feel the same way. Idk, its all the hormones i guess. I hate kissing and cuddling. Basically the only time i really like my boyfriend and want to be around him is when he is sleeping lol

Same here. I know it will happen in time but for now I'm just like noooooooo! I can't wait to feel desirable again and to want his touch and to feel energetic again! I. Thankful he is understanding but it makes me feel bad

I feel like a crazy person!! And most of the time when I DO want to be close and intimate, it's when he's in a pissy mood and obviously doesn't.

I'm going through the samething. I'm glad I seen this because I thought I was alone. I don't want anything to do with him except for him to be here. I feel horrible for it although we have been going through alot in our marriage lately. I do love him and I'm hoping I will want him to touch me again and get my sex drive back after I have LO. I feel bad because he will come up to huge me and I don't even want to hug him anymore   I hate feeling like this and I feel like he hugs me forever..lol Poor guy

Oh, OP... I totally understand, I'm in the same boat... some things that help me:
*Showering together -- I can breathe better in the shower, with the hot water and being able to stand (versus laying in bed); sometimes we bring a waterproof toy in there
*Using edible body products -- my sense of smell and taste are SO sensitive right now and while he was fine before, now I get so grossed out by his scent/ taste, even when he has showered earlier that day
*No Kissing Rule -- there are definitely times that his kisses annoy me, especially when I am clean and showered and I feel like he's just slobbering on me!   I have times where I am "in the mood" but definitely not to be kissed all over, so I set a No Kiss rule... sometimes he tries to ignore it, sometimes I think he finds it hot
*Getting myself started -- with the hormonal changes, I'm more prone to not getting turned on my his attempts at foreplay, so sometimes I will excuse myself to the bathroom to get "freshened up" before the act, and I'll have to take matters into my own hands to get myself in the mood, haha!!

Thanks for this! The shower thing is something I really indulge in and I include him sometimes. The no kiss rule has been in effect though lol I feel like I'm being drooled all over. Ugh. I just want this phase to pass though; I miss liking to have his hands all over me lol.
