late bright red bleeding 13d PP

ive had a rough 2 weeks my newbie was im the picu with a lot of problems. i did stop bleeing red around day 5 Ive now for at least 4 days been bleeding bright red blood not soaking a pad in an hour but 3 hours? and i have some cramping in my back and im my uterus now. quarter size clots. whats going on? I tried calling my obs office and they still wont call me back and the cramps that started today are really scaring me.

its lochia.. its on and off for up to 6 weeks even longer at time..

Have you been walking a lot or cleaning or anything? Increase in blood usually means you're exerting yourself and need to take it easy.

I just feel like something is wrong. I had a bleeding problem after delivery and my OB had to pull some clots out and I needed a shot to stop the bleeding. I stopped cramping a while ago so idk how it could start again. breast feeding-

yes and no my newborn has MRSA so Ive had to disinfect and clean. and cook. but ive also been sitting nursing him a lot too. the bleeding isnt omg heavy, you cant even see it on the bottom of the pad. its the sudden cramping..... and I am just not able to handle any more bad news. I saw pla
cental fragments and Im scared. i cant b away from my baby.

  I'm sorry your LO is sick, that must be so scary and stressful! I had clots that came and went and it was usually after I'd been cleaning or doing something active. Hope it's nothing and your LO gets better quickly

I got told that is very normal for cramping and bleeding and it is a normal post preg sign that everything is working properly and it is all going back into its origional place. If your worried ring a doctor or hospital .
