I know it's not going to hurt you. You will have more one on one time. At best, they will like it for that reason, because DD won't have to go to a daycare. At worst, they won't care. But it's not going to hurt your case.

Being SAHM should actually (if the judge takes it into consideration) be helpful in your case. SAHs typically get awarded more time with the child because of their availability.

Main thing of importance is who the primary caregiver has been, though. Judges like to maintain a degree of continuity in kids lives.

She goes to a private preschool m-f. We have 50.50 joint...he is trying to get primary.

always been me. I've had to change jobs because I've been let go for missing to keep her at home being sick etc. I settled on 50/50 back in Septemeber and now he is trying to pursue primary for him since he is moving 4 hours away soon. We are military and we don't move until november 2013. Her dad is getting out and doesn't even have a job lined up yet. No stability.

Not sure in your case. But it didnt hurt my mom case she became sahm after she married her 2nd husband. And my dad only got visitation rights since she was a sahm.
