Has anybody lost weight with my fitness pal

Just curious to see if anyone has lost weight by using my fitness pal and eating healthy with no excersise I've lost 10 lbs so far how much have you lost

I lost 25lbs using them before I got pregnant. I'll be using it again after I have her.

i did light exercise chase DS around go for walks around the park that kinda stuff. it took me 10 months but i lost all 65 lbs that i gained with DS. but i also EBF (no solids) till DS was 9 months old i think it helped alot

That's really great you guys give me hope since I don't excersise much but I have given up fast food, processed food , sweets , and soda

why no exercise? I lost 45 lbs with myfitnesspal and exercise. You need to exercise.

It's hard bc I have 4 kids and my husband is gone during the week for work

yeah that does make it tough... what ages are they? Can they do a workout with you? I only have one child but sometimes I even worked out while he was awake and bugging me and still got it down. 4 would be super hard though. Depending on their ages though, I bet you could make it work so you can exercise 4 times a week at least.

There 9 months , 2 , 4,and 9 it is super hard since one or the other is always needing my attention I thought about doing it after they get in bed but by that time I'm super tired

mmm that's hard. Maybe the nine year old could hang out with the baby for a half hour while you do your workout? And the other two kids could be watching a movie? Maybe put the 9 month old and the next youngest in a double stroller (I assume you have a double but you might not) and you four could take a family walk, with the 9 year old holding the 4 year olds hand? Or both hanging on to the stroller. I don't know. It might be tht none of that would work for you. I don't know your kids. I hope you can figure something out!
