The fact is that the account cannot be deleted and this seems to be the ONLY way to get it done. *shrug*

Mara isnt deleting for this anymore though so its not really an option.

FB has a stupid option. You can delete it, but log back in with the wrong email account once, and there ALLLL your stuff is again. ha ha. Never really goes away.

I know I've used it a couple times trying to break my FB habit lol never works.

yes there is. if there is a legitimate reason for wanting your account deleted, then that person can PM Mara.

and no matter what, your posts are still searchable by username if anyone ever quoted you. it's not that hard. deleting an account doesn't erase all their posts or threads.

True. To test this theory, I just googled "God and Baby Gaga"... some of C's old posts came up. And she's banned.

and who decides what is a legitimate reason and what isnt? the whole thing is ridiculous. i think the OP is pretty whacky, but come on... if you want your account gone, you shouldnt need some "legitimate reason" just wanting to delete it should be enough.

Exactly. I believe anybody should be able to have their account deleted if they want
