pork chops

posted 27th Nov
I'm making boneless pork chops for dinner tonight, and I am tired of the same ol thing. Normally I bake them with cream of mushroom soup, use shake n bake or pan fry them.

What's your favorite way to make pork chops?

we bake them with a bit of pepper and garlic. But you can peel an apple an bake them with apple slices on top with some sprinkled brown sugar.

Though I use season salt instead of regular salt, and I have an italian herb grinder that I use too.

I've never tried them with apple. I'll ask Dh what he thinks about that. He's the pickiest eater ever.

How is it not the same thing? I cook it in olive oil with garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper, and an italian herb grinder. The only difference is I add two more things.

Make cornbread stuffing- boxed saves tons of time.
Cook stuffing in pan with bacon, bell peppers and onion. Add shredded sharp cheddar to the stuffing.
Sear your pork chops on both sides in pan. Then cut open pork hop to make a pocket. Fill with stuffing. Season with marjoram, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Place in oven to cook until done.
