My son is the same way. Plus has long hair past his shoulders and like to paint his nails sometimes. My dad makes comments like "that boy needs a football". I tell him he has one he just prefers this stuff right now and not to worry about it, he's perfect. My son also likes arts and crafts, riding bikes, playing soccer, etc. he's 6, his personality hasn't been heavily influenced by gender roles yet and I love that.

He sometimes puts make up on my husband and gets him dressed up like a woman then hell dress up in a suit or something and pretend he's taking dad on a date. Too cute.

I would honestly be super excited if my daughter told me she were a lesbian. No teen pregnancies

But, getting into Heaven is about accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, not about "good works." That means being gay doesn't send you to hell, it's simply "sin" just like any other sin that we all do. Bad works don't send you to hell anymore then good works buys your way in. According to Christianity, it's all about Jesus.

we think my nephew is gay, to be honest i would be suprised if he brought a girl home , hes 10 and i have felt like this for a good few years, it honestly makes no difference to us, we live in a different world just to 10 years ago, being gay even in school ive noticed is a lot more accepted, which is great, each child is an individual . Each to there own ..

No issues at all. It's why we've been getting both "gender" type clothes for our little one, we want her to be comfortable with herself, whoever she is.

I'm a Christian and do not believe that gays go to Hell. Not all Christians believe that.

This is how I feel! ha. I told my parents that just the other day. my daughter acts much more like a boy than a girl. She even tells everyone she's a boy. I don't care. other people think it's weird, but whatever

i would be absolutely fine with my kids being gay.

although there's absolutely no way in hell i'd buy my son a princess dress.

I sometimes hope that I would have a gay child, simply because I talk to some of my "Christian" friends and they talk about how they would never allow their partner to come over for holidays or anything. I cannot imagine a child feeling that rejection.

I have no issues with it. DH well he wouldn't be too happy but made it clear he would be happy his child is themselves instead of pretending to be something their not. His only request (if our kids to end up gay) no make out session in front of him. My oldest DD dresses in boy clothes and she pretends to be the husband when playing house. My DS plays house and is the dad and always taking care of the "babies" they have. Either way my children are exploring and imagining which is all okay by me. DS even painted his toes bright orange one time but hasn't done it since then. My brother's get the nails done with me and even facials but they're straighter than straight. IMO it's not a big deal. Let kids be kids and I don't think any parent or other parent should judge/make a child feel ashamed because they choose to play with things that aren't intended for their sex.

Not really an option for how I would take it. I would not have issue with him being gay at all but I can't say I would be totally and completely fine with it because I would worry about the emotional struggles he'd have to endure.

I would love my child just the same. The only reason my heart would hurt is cause I know there are many people out there who would put her down and treat her wrong. I don't care whether my daughter grows up to like men or women, I will always be there for her and love her infinitely.
