I have never cheated. He considers texting someone else cheating. I think he really was just looking for an excuse. He said "I am done with this family and ready to move on to the next". IDK. I've begged him and offered to go to counseling and nothing works. He says he is done.

Yeah, she kept the receipts and highlighted the items he kept at his MOM'S house (he's like 27 and still lives with his mommy so there is NO reason he shouldn't be able to buy clothes for his son on top of CS).

And now he's taking her back to court because he wants t in writing that he gets more time with his son even though the mom is nice enough to let him have him almost every weekend while she works and then every Wednesday when he's only supposed to have him every other weekend. Guys are douchebags.

Me too. I wasn't going to get one at first then when he started telling me how he didn't have to pay child support I was like "Oh hereeee we go".

It is sad. I feel he is a coward. I have offered to go to counseling and everything. He says no. The messed up part of all this to me is that he still tries to have sex with me then gets pissed when I don't. I hate that I have to stay here until after Christmas but I want my kids to have a normal Christmas before completely uprooting them. This is the only home they've known and my daughter loves her school and now we have to move 2 hours away. It is just a big ol' mess.
