Are they okay to eat?

I found two yogurts I forgot about in my work fridge. I am so hungry that I am light headed and nauseated. But one expired the 24th, and the other the 26th...

You think its still good?

Smell them! If they smell sour I wouldn't...

The 26th one should be, that was yesterday

Yes!!! Now if they had expired like a couple months ago then no but yea I'd eat em  

I wouldn't eat them while pregnant. Any other time, probably.

Dont think I'd chance it be honest. I'm paranoid about that kind of stuff going out of date.

If it doesn't smell or look bad it should be okay.. I usually would give it a week after the date unless it smells or looks gross.

is that the "expiration" or "sell by" date? if the sell by, they are usually good for a week or more afterwards.

Most the time its more of a 'best by' date not an expiration date!!! It's like a date they want it sold by.

I think yogurts usually say sell by so I think it'd be okay, definitely if it's only been a couple days

It doesnt say expiration or sell by. Just a date.
