Tried the 1 guy he works with found out and had a cow literally.
DH manages a cable warehouse so him and the other guy usually divide the task but lately other guy seems to have slacked off and when big boss had DH try and change a system and way of doing things the big boss really didn't have the balls to tell the other guy he issued the changes. Big boss scared of little boss because little boss may be taking big boss job leaving DH with the warehouse to himself and hiring 1 guy to help through out the week. Sorry if that doesn't make sense

makes perfect sense...to many ''chiefs'' not enough ''indians'' as my momma used to say   mabe he just needs to hold off and see how this work situation plays out.

LOL love that saying true. I think after the 1st of the yr he's going to look into a different position within the company since he has a degree in Communications
