Vegan moms

Anyone know where I can get vegan cheese? DS#1 is lactose but loves Mac & cheese so I wanna attempt to make him some with the vegan cheese...

Stop & shop has it here or any whole foods or natural food grocery stores.

Does he tolerate goat cheese? If so you can make the bechamel sauce with that and chicken/veggie stock. I know there are some vegetarian cheese varieties in our supermarket, I personally have no idea how that tastes.

No   he can only tolerate Almond milk  

I don't know how they taste either lol, I just feel so bad when we eat Mac & cheese and I have to tell him no or give him some and he's on the toilet off and on the rest of the night.
