Find lower calorie recipes for your favorite foods... go for a fake fried chicken (where you bake it instead of fry it) and make homemade pizza with whole wheat dough it helps A LOT! also do some of the tricks that parents with kids who won't eat veggies do... like getting pasta sauces with added servings of veggies or smoothies/ juices that have veggies hidden by the fruit.
