How long can it take...

For the Mirena Crash to set in?? I got it pulled this afternoon, thank god, but now my whole body feels horrible... Cold sweats, nausea, loss of appetite, mild mood swings, having a hard time focusing...

If you crashed, how long did it take for you to get back to normal? How long did you have the Mirena in for in the first place?

I never had it...

I had it for a year, after a week I was totally back to normal!

The first 2 days of the crash are the hardest. After that the symptoms start to ease up

So it's going to be like this for another day or so, then ease up? I mean, I can function, it's ALMOST like a PMS day on the Mirena, but I was kinda hoping it'd not be like this... I wanted to be one of the lucky ones who didn't crash. My grams is gonna come help me out tomorrow if I need it.

How long did you have your Mirena in for? Does that have something to do with how long and bad the crashing is?

Close to the same amount of time as me... Hopefully the crash subsides sooner rather than later. I've got herbal teas and holiday flavored teas to help with it. I'm just glad to have it out.
