Starting smoking after 3 years without...

I have not had a smoke in 3 years..... Everyone says it gets easier when I feel like it is getting harder.. I have never been so annoyed irritated and stressed. Since I quit 3 years ago I have been on a very short fuse I feel like I am always mad and the tiniest things just make me snap... My 20 month old did something bad and I spanked her butt... I have never spanked her it was like I didn't even think about it and just did it.. She looked at me like why did you do that mommy it broke my heart... Maybe there is something more going on... I don't know.. Right now I just feel like I need a smoke..

Try e-cigs!! They only have like 3 chemicals and 2 are found in food and the other is nicotine. Hubby is self weening off the nicotine (they have diff strengths) with no issue.

That's why I'm starting back up after I have my baby, I'm a real smurf when I don't have smokes, everybody keeps telling me "you've done this good, why start back up" but not everybody understands how hard this smurf is.

my DH is quitting using electronic cigs too... he found a few different ones that work a little better since for him it's not just the nicotine he also likes the feeling in the back of his throat or something (as someone who's never smoked cigs (just hooka) I don't exactly know what he's getting at) thankfully he's found some that still give him that feeling... actually one of the throw away ones (not that it's not reusable it's more just he forgot his nice one at home and we were going to Disneyland and lines make him want to smoke) from 7/11 apparently hit harder than his first cig so that was amusing

No prob and it leaves no smell (cept for flavors if u get them and some are just yummy) in the air and none in your clothes. I don't even smoke but I am going to vape the kind with 0 nicotine in it because it smells delicious...but not until baby is here. lol

Maybe it's because smoking calms you down (atleast for me it does lol) I know what you mean, I'm prob going to be the same...but man!

Does he get flavors? If he is bored my hubby goes on live chats where they have pick a number contest with a randomizer to win all kinds of stuff.

Yes, it's all vapor so it just disappears into the air. There is no tar, arsenic or anything in them. I go places and NEVER get asked if I smoke. This is my ecig!

ETA -Wth this one the "juice" or vaping liquid goes into the thin pink part and you can take a hit like that or you can drip it directly into the tip
