Breastmilk ?

I had some hot peppers today, called chile rellenos, and I was wondering how do I get it out of my system. I need some milk by the morning... I forgot till now. I pumped at like seven which is nine thirty here. So do I pump again,? Need to know ASAP!:/

Different foods cycle through at different rates and pumping wont do anything to change that. I ate whatever I wanted and even drank a hard lemonade here and there when BF and never had an issue w.M not feeling good after feeding because of sometjhing I ate/drank.

Don't think there's any need for that

I know. I was asking why.
I ate whatever and my daughter was fine. she nursed for 11 1/2 months. the only thing I stayed away from was beans. lol and she HATES them now.

Haha I eat alot of potatoes maybe this Lo will hate them;)

Really just depends on the baby only way to find out is to give him the milk!
