Mini-pill, breastfeeding & periods

I went to my 2wk PP appt today & got a prescriotiob for the mini-pill, just wondering will I get a period on my first cycle? I am still bleeding intermittently*. I have not picked up my script yet, just forgot to ask the doc. Also, i am EBF my DD, so will that make me not have a period? With DD1, i didn't have a specific Birth Control and EBF so, didnt get a period for a few months. TIA

I bF with the mini pill and didn't get a cycle until 7 months pp it's different for everyone. I tested monthly just be sure.
