Meditating

I've dealt with depression and anxiety for 3+ years (since my youngest was born). I've been on and off meds, currently on. I've also done therapy. So far, nothing really has worked tremendously. It gives a little relief but nothing long-term. I know my biggest issue is my bad eating habits and I never exercise. I need to lose weight but the depression makes me so unmotivated so it's hard to force myself to eat better and exercise. I want to try to meditate but I just don't know where to start. If you meditate when do you do it?

I don't have an adice, but I havthe same problem. I try to eat right and use my exercise bike, but then I'm miserable because I'm tired and cant eat Nutella. If I eat whatever I want and don't exercise, Im miserable because I'm fat

That's exactly how I feel. I need to find a happy medium. Seems impossible though.

Right? I just want to be skinny and eat whatever I want, is that too much to ask?
