she had a broken nose and they ruled it a murder suicide!? did the family have an autopsy done at all? any decent prosecutor would have his balls in a sling. Last one to see them? him AND a friend "followed" them? ...alll the clothes packed, wanted to leave the hubby, .... wow. sounds like lazyness to me on whomever's part who decided this woman and her baby didn't matter.   If I was her mom or something I'd be knocking down every door til someone arrested him and tried him! Fingerprints or not.

Possibly he put them back there to "scare" her and didn't realize how badly the outcome would be. A lot of people come back from the war with severe PTSD and have killed spouses for leaving or cheating. And their children. They are suppose to be debriefed. He is quite capable of doing it.

That's what I think. I think he followed her to the highway because he knew she was planning on leaving him. Somehow forced her to pull over, got in the car with her, they were arguing and he punched her in the face. Probably knocked her out. He got scared so he shoved them both into the trunk.

That sounds extremely fishy. I dont believe for a second that's how she died. So how does that explain the broken nose, or the cut lip? That poor baby. How could someone do that to their own child and I'm honestly assuming the father/ex husband murdered them both!! I honestly wouldnt let them close the case and I'd look into hiring a private investigator at this point.

The part about her holding her baby until they died just broke my heart.

Sorry, I meant broken nose not black eye. Not sure if she had one of those. Still though.

Have you guys considered making a Justice page for her on facebook and hiring a PI? I would. That's obviously a murder/murder. And it breaks my heart for her, how scary, trying to protect your child knowing there is absolutely nothing you can do and that you both will die. Usually death occurs after they lose consciousness. I only hope they didn't suffer.

Is there any way to contact the local news? If you or your mom can get the facts out there a prosecution could be in the future if no one else is willing to force the issue.

This whole story is heart breaking.

I know, I was sitting here holding DD when I read that and started crying. That absolutely broke my heart.

Omg this whole thing just makes my heart break, how horrible. Yes anything could have happened. But I'd put all my money on the husband, and who knows, the dog could have been acting up because of the struggle between the husband and wife and the friend had to hold the dog back while the husband 'did his thing'. My heart goes out to that poor child and his mother.
