I most definitely believe in it. Energy is extremely powerful when you know how to harness it.

Do I tink that there are powers or spirits? No.

I DO, believe, however, in perception and how it can change people or effect them. Things like Anton LeVey's psychodramas. No actual "magic", but I think impressions, perceptions and the like can influence peoples minds.

I swear to baby Jesus that I predicted a plane crash that happened in my city back in 1999 or 2000. I specifically remember being in the car with my dad, and I rolled down the window and said "A plane's going to crash today." He kept asking me why I'd say that but I couldn't really answer. I just knew.

Sure enough, forty something people died that day.
