HELP! Inner ear infection & migraine?

This is the second time since September that I've gotten an inner infection and last time it lasted a month along with the migraines...I had to quit my job because I couldn't get out of bed to go to work...nothing the doctors gave me helped...I was on two or three different antibiotics... Now I have another one and I haven't been able to go to work since Thursday. I'm just so dizzy, nauseous, vomiting, ears hurt SO bad and my head feels like it's going to explode. I also have bronchitis and a sinus infection which I've had say six or seven times since I've been pregnant with my last (now 6 month old). My doctor said that breastfeeding could be weakening my immune system?... Is there anything I can do for this ear infection?
