I dont get it and im super discouraged :/

so yesterday i got on the scale and it said i weighed 183 i ate healthy and i started my first day of zumba yesterday and i had already lost 10 lbs just from eating healthy but today when i got on the scale it said i weigh 186 . I dont get it why would i weigh 3 lbs more today when i even added in zumba to my healthy eating yesterday it has me super discouraged

When you first start working out, you retain a lot of water while your body is trying to recover.

your body can fluctuate I believe up to 5 pounds every day, depending on water weight and such.
Don't be discouraged.

Don't step on a scale until you're at least 6 weeks into eating healthier/exercising etc. You are going to get discouraged so just don't do it. The wait will be worth it.

Your weight will teeter totter like that (idk why though). You should only check your weight 1-2 times a week checking every day may discourage you.

You're not going to see the results of Zumba from one day ago lol That takes a while.

And people's weight can fluctuate as much as 5lbs daily. It's very common.

Every time you post, I just can't stop looking at your avi. For some reason I just can't stop!!!!!! (IDK why?)
