WTF

So my boyfriend of 2 years tells me the day before thanksgiving he's lost all emotion toward me, but not just me, toward everything.
He says then that he doesn't want to break up, but he doesn't feel anything nonetheless. But 2 days later he doesn't want to be touched by me, or even for me to be close to him. Just to be left alone. He then says that he feels trapped here, that he is either trapped at work or trapped here with me. But he still hasn't changed his relationship status on facebook from being engaged to me even though hes always online.
He won't pack up and leave even though he's got the car and the main income and the total ability to leave.
We've been arguing more lately, but I didn't know it would come to this.
Any advice?

That's how I started feeling when I was developing depression.

Sounds like depression... can you encourage him to talk to someone?

You may or many not want to hear this.. but I'd dump his ass. Any man who has no emotion towards you doesn't deserve for your emotion towards him. He's not leaving and packing because he A) doesn't want to be alone or B) doesn't have anywhere else to go. Either way if he really feels no emotion towards you, the second he finds either of those he's out of there. I suggest breaking it off before he starts looking for someone else that he does have emotions for. I'm sorry you're going through this.

It's not just her.
If he's depressed to "dump his ass" wouldn't be the solution

He did tell me he's depressed but he's not good with communicating.

I disagree wholeheartedly. She said he isnt having any emotions toward anything. Dumping his ass wont help him. He probably still loves her very much and thats why he hasnt left he's just extremely down right now.

He might be telling you that but actions speak louder than words.

Maybe he doesn't realize he's depressed, or doesn't know how to talk about it. I've been dealing with it for over a year and still can't bring myself to say 'I'm sad' out loud.

Encourage him to see a doctor.... if he refuses then you should leave.

You cannot force someone to get help.

Op. if you love him, the best you can do is support him and try to get him the help he needs. He sounds really depressed  
There is a reason he hasn't left. He may say he doesn't want to be with you, but maybe he just doesn't want to be anywhere. He's numb.
