Sick 22 month old? or normal?

My son is 22 months old this month, and he hasn't been eating well for the past 2 weeks. By not eating well, I mean not at all. He won't even eat sweets, which is like, whhaa?
Also, for the past 3 nights, when I go to wake him up, he had puked in his crib. It looks like bread but he's not eating, so what could that be? I don't hear him wake up and cry, cough, or anything. Just puke in his crib. I called his doctor for an appointment, but I'm worried. :'[ Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Doesn't sound normal. He has no fever, or not congested etc?

Nothing else is wrong. No congestion, no cough, no fever, no rash.. :[ Just no eating and throwing up at night.

Yeah thats no normal. I would be too worried to sleep him in the room alone.

I wonder if he could be getting in his molars?

e is probably getting his 2 yr old molars but just keep an eye on him and give him pediasure and lots to drink. If hes still not eating in the next 2 days id take him to the doctors
