My OB said no sex until 6 weeks postpartum, but she specified that other stuff was okay. I was allowed orgasms, just nothing in the vagina. Usually they'll say more than "no sex". They will either say "pelvic rest" (which means no orgasms) or "no intercourse", which means nothing inside.
