You post an announcement, and when someone sees the announcement and decides to enter... they make one entry for themselves, and then another entry saying "So and so referred me" ... so the second entry they made for you, will help YOU in chances of winning. You can make announcements, and I believe OP said you can post your announcement as an entry every other day, and that'll help your chances of winning as well.
