Black ball in anus

Tonight I found out I have a small blackish pea sized lump on the edge of my anus.
I googled and its a type of hemorrhoid
But it's bugging me now and because it feels like a pimple I want to pop it,but if I do I will probably break a blood vessel and get an infection.

Anyone ever had one before?
Anything I can do to help the discomfort/annoyance?

You can get them lanced off.

Yep, and I had surgery to get rid of all of them, external and internal.

Google home remedies? May possibly work I know the vinager trick worsd with regular hemerroids.... Dont remember which kind of vinager....
