Beds

DH and I are planning to get a new bed. My old bed is perfectly useable but we just need a bigger bed. A queen size isn't big enough for two bed hogs lol. I was planning on just giving our bed to DS. He will be 3 in April. Should we just get him his own bed or give him my bed? At the moment, he sleeps on our crib mattress and LO sleeps with me. I want to use the crib for LO because he needs to start sleeping on his own but we would have to wait until tax time to get me and DS a new bed. So. Queen sized bed or a toddler bed (I'm thinking a race car bed!) for DS?

Toddler bed is crib sized...so I definitely wouldn't bother buying one for a 3 year old.

Either a twin or your bed. If space is an issue, the twin would be better. But at least the queen is already bought and paid for.

Yeah. It is but we would do the rent to own thing with the bed. The race car bed is a twin bed in a plastiv race care frame. They are awesome!

I'd just let him use your queen bed.

Yeah, toddler bed is a crib sized so it is really fitted for a 3 year old child.
