Will it ever be the same?

I am 6 months post partum and every single time I sneeze or cough or giggle I pee myself. I didn't have a vaginal bith so I don't know what's going on. Help?

it does stop but i cant remember when , just wear a panty liner for now and do your kegals

I jump up n down n leak a bit.

3 years post c section.

I can now cough n sneeze but

Pregnancy alone can weaken the pelvic floor, just do some kegals and it should improve in time.

thats so funny, i just coughed and pee'd a little lol
and Im 2.5 yrs PP BUT I am also about 7.5mths pregnant with a child on my bladder. it gets better, you can always do keegals to help as well. But you will always pee just a little on a really hard sneeze or cough..

Lol it's funny but so annoying! I have a cold and I work retal so I bend a lot and I'm not joking I'm so glad I pack an extra pair of panties in my purse.

i'm afraid it's here to stay. I had a c-section and it never went away. lol and now it's worse. I hear it's here to stay.

I keep those in my purse too. I have a makeup bag thing that has pads and a whole handful of pantie liners ( I also have merina so I spot) and an extra pair of panties folded up

Haha I'm nearly 2 years PP and I still pee a little when I cough too hard, laugh too hard, sneeze or jump too much

I have to stop walking and cross my legs if I'm laughing, coughing or sneezing
