Burping & hiccups

I burp her after evety feeding. She barely buros and 90% if the time gets hiccups right after. which I think are uncomfortable for her because she crys when she has them. is there a reason she almost slways gets hiccups after eating?

My daughter is the same way. She gives me a hard time at burping but she burps on her own, but if she doesnt burp she mostly projectiles her food. I try different ways on how to burp her. Her daddy makes her burp tho. But the hiccups she suffers with them everyday but I was told 1oz of water will help. My daughters dr plus my mom told me that.

Mine get hiccups all the time!!! Ever since they were still in my tummy! They don't seem that uncomfortable though and it passes. I just try to distract them with something else. I don't think they have anything to do with burping or not.

My son is very hard to burp as well. He had the hiccups in utero almost every night and still gets them daily. I usually reserve the smallest amounts of formula left in the bottle after feeding and if he gets them the sucking on the bottle seems to help.

Yeah she use to have the hiccups alot in utero too. I just didn't know if I was burping her wrong and that's why she was always having hiccups right after. But I had a Dr. appointment for her today and they said to give her a little bit of formula when she gets the hiccups to help it go away.
