well they have faulsafied all of their papers with very few things peing correct and truthful, like my name and what not is close to the only things true on those papers! and i have no money for a lawyer!.. he doesnt pay for his due to him being a friend to the family!

The court can provide you with a free attorney (maybe) or direct you to one.

Hmm I see ur dilemma but yeah he can say anything bout u n if the judge believes it.... don't take this offensive but if u want ur kids back ull need a lawyer to sift through the bs. If there's a will there's a way. Ask if they offer free services or sliding scale pay, payment plans etc.

oh no i dont take offense to uch on here anymore lol but yah i know i do i think i may have one here soon i think my mom is getting me one! my mom also wants to file gaurdianship papers, but then i think she will have to change so much and i dont really feel comfortable with it being done cause that makes everything go to my mom and not me. like child support food stamps health insurance and she wont have them i will she just wants them so she can help me not have to have this visitation and she doesnt feel like robert is a fit father. smurf idk!!

My friend wanted to sign guardianship to her mom but they lived together. I think it's a bad idea personally. I was just saying its ur kids ya know? Fight tooth n nail for them bc he sure will   idk if ud be able to stop visitation even w switching guardianship. Plus if u will have them n not her isn't that like lying to the courts esp if u live diff places?

i live with her... but plan on moving before the baby.

To be honest it sounds like you will have to prove him an unfit father to get your kids back.

can't read all of this because I need to go to bed, but I did want to say that last I knew, there was no statute of limitations on "kidnapping" or I can't think of the word, but restraining you from leaving an area by force. It may vary state to state, but I think that is a pretty big issue. I had that happen to me, with an ex cop of all people (a HORRIBLE roommate situation) But he took and broke the phone, and pushed me every time I tried to get to the door to get out, needless to say he got in deep smurf.
