I can only sleep on my back n left side. How may I ask is sleeping on your back a big no no? I usualy have a full body pillow onder a lilbit of my right side when I sleep in my back.

I live in canada so im not sure if you guys get anything like this when you found out you were pregnant, but its series of books that are helpful during pregnancy and after, it has answered all/any questions i have about anything, http://www.bestchance.gov.bc.ca/. I dont feel comfortable sleeping on my stomach and it does it hurt if i lay on it for to long, not sure if theres anything in the book about that but it might be helpful. It does say that sleeping on your left side is best for the baby because it gets direct blood flow.

Yea see that is what my dr told me.

I wish i could lay on my stomach. I always like laying on my stomach when i lay down. I miss it so much. i tend to lay on my right side its the most comfortable, but i miss laying on my stomach. but I'm to big and it hurts and its uncomfortable now.

Im 20 weeks and I still lay on my belly. If it gets a little uncomfortable I just lift my leg.
