I went to 42 weeks with my oldest and 35 weeks with my second tummy sleeping all the way

Same thing happened to me. I had polyhydramnios (too much fluid) and my stomach was HUGE. I finally got a pregnancy pillow called a "snoogle". Helped a lot for a while, but once I got near the end I really didn't sleep at all.

it just feels like im going to suffocate the baby or somthing lol
i cant remember how i slept wit my son my memory sucks i was so huge though i didn't sleep to well for months

i was told not to sleep on my back at a certain point because baby is big enough to crush a major blood vessel and you can die. i was also told sleeping on your left side increases blood flow but then again after a certain time I forgot what sleep is. I dont really get much of it these days.

Yea, most of the time I hear "It's ok until you're not comfortable anymore".

I always felt weird about it anyway, kinda like I was going to smoosh him, but from what I understand it's pretty safe because they're so padded in there.

I have never been able to sleep on my back or side. I can only sleep on my stomach. & yes I had a VERY good recovery. I was up and walking 12 hours later!

thats how i feel when i try sleeping on my back even when im not pregnant i cant do it feels like im die literally
so keeping my sleeping way is ok on my left side?

ya i feel that way to i try to turn over some what on my back with my left knee up but nothing is more comfortable than sleepin on my left side with my right knee up
if i sleep on my right i have my son there n im afraid hell kick me cus he is a wild sleeper.

I have no idea because i always always sleep on my stomach & i actually used a big boppy pillow and It was my bestfriend lol. i had a natural birth and i tore pretty bad.... but my recovery was only a few weeks and was back to driving after a few days of having him. so only thing is I was sore and really tired, but who isn't after just having a kid lol:p my son is 2 months now. happy and healthy!

lucky u i was in the hospital bed for 2 days

i slept on my stomach up until it hurt to... i was always a stomach sleeper.. and now i sleep semi on my stomach with the pillows under it lol... i sleep however i can get comfortable.....n did someone say why your not supposed to sleep on your back while prego? ive never heard that lol some days thats the only way i can lay n get comfy lol

I sleep on my side. Never have been able to sleep on my stomach. Somehow right before I wake in the morning I end up laying on my back. I say whatever way is comfy for you do that. At 20 weeks no position is comfy for me anymore
