Breast feeding question

I have been really sick with gallbladder issues and curled up in the fetal position for about 3 days so my mom and Hubby have been taking care of Ellie and have been giving her bottles with what I can pump and a bit of formula in between when I have been sleeping. I'm feeling a bit better today so I have been trying to nurse, my question is, will I be able to get my supply back if I nurse all day?

Someone please help?

Put her to breast as much as possible. Doing that, pumping, sand staying hydrated will keep your supply up.
