Gemma is very pretty.  

Def the second one. The first one reminds me of south park "mmmkay"

Gemma's so pretty and you almost ruin it with those middle names

OP: I think Gemma Kate would be cute.

I like Gemma a lot but don't care for either name. If you must, I would do something like Gemma Cadence-- the "kade" sound is still there.

Apostrophes do not go in names. Just no.

Cadence is too much like candace which is my best friends name. Other wise it would be a option. I want a unique namr tht no one i know has... which is why i cant choose kaylee or or some other names i have a big family and so does her dad and unfortunatly some really good kay names are taken .

Makaya and Makay are two lovely names, and really close to M'kaya without tht ugly '
