Does it make labor any easier for 1st time mothers if you walk towards the end of your pregnancy?? im 32 weeks & am confused about wether it makes labor easier & wether its a good idea or noot to start walking alot!!

I walked alot during my pregnancy. I had no car so i didnt have much of a choice. I had a really easy labor 14 hours from first contraction till i delivered, No epi all natural

I walked all the time and labor was crazy easy, 16hrs of labor and two pushes.

Walk walk walk! Its going to keep your joints active and moving, it will help with labor, it will burn a reasonable amount of calories, and youll feel better once its over. Walkkkkk! I walked twice, sometimes three times a day while pregnant and then walked all over the hospital in labor.
