Well I did Novilea after my grandmother who passed (lea) and the second name is correct, Sayla. As for Aria I just prefer the y, but aria is nice too

I've never heard of Sayla, and neither has this site... http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.php?nmd=n&terms=sayla which I've found to be pretty reliable. I could be wrong though.

If you want to use Lea for your grandma, I'd suggest a different name. Lea can be beautiful but Novalea looks strange IMO.

And Ariya with the Y to me doesn't make sense. Just my own opinions though.
