could this be labor?

posted 25th Nov
I have been having contractions all morning and throughout the day. They have been between 3-10 minutes apart. However, my contractions do not hurt. I wouldn't know i was having them if my belly didn't tighten up. I have been having sharp pains in my cervix and my legs are sooo sore. The contractions in my uterus feel like they have subsided and moved to my middle to lower back. I feel a bit nauseous and have had diarrhea today... sorry tmi. I called my l & d and they said if i am concerned to come in. I had false labor twice already and i wanna make sure this is it. I am 35w2d but baby is fully dropped and always measures bigger than gestation. Has anyone had these symptoms and it be real labor? Should i wait until my nst and ob appt on tuesday or go today?

I would wait it out lay down and drink water...see if that helps! Even if it is real labor it's goin to be easier on you to do most of it at home! But they are right of you are concerned go in! I've had contractions 4 mins apart for over a week and still no baby!

I have been drinking water and just relaxing. It seems to have helped some. I want my baby to come when he is ready even if that is now. I am just afraid of the birthing process and him being in the NICU.

Baths can help as well! If he is ready he is ready but it's best he stay in there a little longer! Good luck momma!!

I woke up at 5 am feeling like this. I forced myself to fall back asleep & when I woke up I was still having horrible back pains. I decided to just wait it out & eventually they went away. If you feel better going in to get checked out though, you should. At least it will ease your mind.
