Blood and urine test question

Has anyone had neg pee tests and negative blood test at what should be 7 weeks and was still pregnant?! Please help.

I feel like I'm losing my mind!. Af was due nov 2nd and didnt show ..been feeling nauseous, sore breasts and extremely tired.. Went in for blood and urine tests on nov 18 all negative  .. but still no af abs still have symptoms.. Am I going crazy??.. This had never happened before..I usually hear negative and bam af shows..should I be worried I miscarried and can't get rid of it naturally???

if you're negative on blood tests, then you're probably not pregnant. a lot of factors can cause you to miss a period, besides being pregnant. stress being a big one.. weight gain can affect it as well..

Well I haven't been stressed and in fact lost 30 lbs ..so no weight gain.. Hmmmmmmm idk. Prob tricking myself...

The more you worry about it. Esp if TTC you can trick your body. And can actually not be pregnant. But not have a period
Funny how our bodies work sometime...

Idk.. I was never convinced I was pregnant... It was the dr who suggested it

If the blood pregnancy test is negative you're most likely not pregnant. Since you've been TTC since 06' I would see a reproductive endocrinologist. It sounds like you may have some hormonal issue going on.. A hormonal imbalance could cause your cycles to be irregular.

I have and I was diagnosed with a typical pcos where I dont skip periods but I do have polyps and cysts on my ovaries. I always get a, period... My hormones, thyroids, & everything else under the sun comes back normal.drs have no clue as to why I miscarry or have so much trouble ttc. I have an appt with my gynecologist on friday so I erl have definite answers then...til then still no af and alllllll the symptoms in the world...so confused.
