Exercise after episiotomy

How long did it take you to recover from your episiotomy and when were you able to start running and working out again? I'm 1 week pp

Its not recommended to do anything untill after 6 weeks pp

Typically you should wait 6 weeks for any exercise after giving birth.

Pretty sure you have to wait to be cleared by your doc at your six week check up.

Wait till you get the okay at your 6 week check up

Trust me.. You don't wanna rip your stitches. Then you'll just have to wait longer.
