little caesars rant!

I ordered a pizza from little caesars and they told me it would be 15 minutes at least so i took my time getting ready and get there to pick it up about 15 minutes later and the line was going really slow so after sitting in line for over 7 minutes i pick up my pizza and it's cold and the cheese it all hard. so i go back in line AGAIN and i hand them the pizza and say i ordered this not even 20 minutes ago and it's cold and looks disgusting so the cocky guy gives me the most careless look and says what do you want me to do about? i was like SERIOUSLY!?... uhm make me a new one? and he told me it was my fault because i waited so long to come and get it and i said excuse me but look at my phone i called 25 minutes ago at this point after waiting in line TWICE and he says well you will have to wait.. and i said thats fine just bring it out to me when it's done. i was pissed from his attitude already but to make matters worse he comes to my car with the new pizza and gives me this long statement on how my clock must be wrong because he remembers making it and it was on a heating rack. i gave him this death stare like i'm 9 months pregnant don't smurf with me i'm hungry and ready to choke you. so he said have a nice day and just walks away. nice to know customer service is so wonderful and everything is your fault.

Little Caesars is fckng nasty, like really really nasty. I don't know how anyone eats that smurf.
But that was really rude of them, he obviously wasn't a manager.

I don't think I've ever had to wait at Little Caesars lol. Then again I always just get a large cheese so it takes not even 5 minutes.

I would have flipped on him. You don't mess with a prego woman and her food.

He probably spit on it.

its a five dollar pizza thats hard as a rock whether its fresh or not . lmao

Here it's normally really good i've known the managers that have been there for the past 18 years but they weren't there today so i'm sure thats why it sucked

I would go back in and complain about his serious. What he did was give you an older order someone didn't pick up was all.

Our little caesar is the opposite the pizza is ALWAYS fresh ..You did the right thing, I too would have not dealt with the attitude nor the pizza he lied about making it is NOT going to look like that over 15-20 minutes !

You should have said f the pizza, give me breadsticks and cheese instead!

:gags: i wouldn't eat little caesars pregnant, I'm sorry. You might get food poisoning... their smurf sits on heat racks for 3-4 hours. :gags again: Order dominos next time   Its made fresh. And the doughs never been frozen. Even pizza hut would be better, although their dough comes in frozen and pre stretched.

Probably did. That's why I never bitch at people working at any food place about anything at all until after they give me my food. There are people like that and it's smurfing gross!
