I have done their job and it sucks at times but it's not like they are doing it for free and don't take it out on a customer when it's just a stupid mistake. i can understand smurf happens and i wouldn't have been mad if he wasn't being such a dick about it.

I had been craving that biscuit all weekend, but the place I got it from is a family owned place and they're closed weekends..so I was looking forward to it that Monday morning, then I didn't get it and I knew if DH went back for it, he would have been late for work. I was so sad then, but now that I look back at it, it was just funny.

if you have done their job why call them lazy . just cause you by accident got a bad pizza... you said their line was long correct you know how easy it is to get frustrasted serving so many people in a short amount of time? you realize you may not have been the only bitchy customer that day

Yes, then you can sit and laugh while they have a seizure because their sugar got too low. (not that this happens to her exactly) When it comes to suhar its not being pathetic over food. Tjat is something SERIOUS (which she disdmention when her sugar gets low you dont wanna be around her not just you dont wanna be around her when shes hungry)

I wasn't saying my sugar was dropping and thats why i took time to order pizza i was referring to the girl who said it's pathetic to get hormonal over food. but if your hungry it makes you grumpy that happens to people who are not even pregnant.

We order from there quite a bit because it's super cheap and I have to say that at least our branch is pretty decent in terms of giving you a fresh pizza and it's not awful for a 5.00 pizza. Sometimes.....I am lazy.

I HAVE called and complained before, though - for things like missing 6 inch holes of cheese on it or something......they have always made a really good effort to fix it.

In your case, though, I would have been a bitch right back and demanded to talk to the manager, there is no excuse for being an smurf.
