Yeah considering I spent last week not doing laundry because I was busy at the hospital because his grandmother was in the ICU and had to be put on a vent and needs a smoke free home to go to when she gets out. I slacked off since he couldn't be at the hospital nor could his mother because her boss was being an ass.

Our 6 yr old has to tidy his room, put up some of his laundry (like his socks and pajama's and take care of his hamster. He also takes the trash out the bathrooms when they get full. But nothing hard or anything.

Our girls are soon to be 4 and 3.
We haven't gave them chores other than nightly tidying up their toys and picking out clothes for the next day.

I am a SAHM of a 3yr old and a 1 yr old and it IS hard. It is tough and you don't get a break. But honestly,I don't see why you are bitching. If my kids went to school or day care I could have it smurfing easy for those hours. Hardly doing smurf. There would be no need for me to be a SAHM anymore.

I was bitching because my hubby couldn't stay home on his only day off what so ever! He never does! It wouldn't of killed him to say oh honey let me do the dishes this morning. I did most my cleaning yesterday with little to nothing to do today. Yes, for him to help one day would be nice! He wants a break from being a daddy and work so why can't I?

Bullsmurf. It doesn't take 5 hours of cleaning a day to keep a house spotless.

Considering I have dust every other day due to my youngest daughters allergies to pretty much everything. I rather have a house that's clean instead of having to stick her with an epi pen and taking her to ER because I missed some type of dust, a place where mold could grow, clean an air purifier and everything else.

Have you told him? They arent mind readers and before you say I want him to want to spend time with me, maybe he does but doenst want to bother you so he doesnt say anything?

i havent even had my baby yet and i would appreciate it if SO would help around the house a little. its your relationship. he goes to work, then goes elsewhere....you cant do everything lol and you have kids. i hope it gets better for you and you guys can communicate a home schedule better. guys get overwhelmed, but its not nearly anything compared to what women go through. good luck!
