I'm small to begin with & I wasn't really trying to lose weight, but with eating healthy & doing 60 minutes of zumba everyday for 3 months I went from 117 to 105... not much, but I assume if I had more to lose it would have been more of a different.
But I noticed a HUGE difference in how tight my thighs & mid-section were. I kind of slacked off a little the past few months, but I'm starting back up again
